Quality is proving much better than before and no pixels at all even for 32 LED's. Comparing Dialog TV. Because still I use both of them for a different reasons, but at not at the same place.

AlJazeera News , when we talk about that channel, Dialog TV telecast at 16:9 as VH1 and ETV, But Pio , still on 4:3, It's better to telecast at 16:9 ,
Means, If Pio has any HD Feed channels even without HD quality, It's better to give to the people at that ratio until the real one out.
as per you ,you are watching Peo TV using LCD TV.but most TV set in srilanka is normal CRT TV.so they have setup screen resolution to satisfy both kind of TV.please see DTV aljazeera in CRT TV.picture getting stretch in vertically.but in PEO TV they maintain correct aspect ratio.according to my knowledge this is about technical expertise in video terminology,that DTV could't even understand.
