Hurrah PEO TV has added yet another FTA channel. PEO TV seems to be becoming a pay operator of FTA channels. With so much of an advantage over the existing operators in Sri Lanka, PEO does not have bandwidth issues, etc they still cannot seem to be make good use of their infrastructure. It seems that SLT started PEO TV just to show the world that they are operating a Pay Television IPTV network.

There was a blank position on channel10 spot. Another FTA to be added I am sure. Great job Peo TV we will get organized soon to send you a mass connection cancellation program from our end. BTW, TATA Sky is adding few new HD channels including Star Movies HD. I guess we don't have any other option other than turning to our Indian service providers.
Can anyone tell me what the best Indian Satellite Channel is ? I am told that most Indian Channels are full of advertisements - is this true ? I am fed-up of PEO TV, Dialog is no better and LBN is not available in my area. We are being compelled to switch to an Indian Service Provider.
Even Peo Tv & Dialog Tv give mostly Indian Feed channels with few Asian Feed channels.
Even all the sports channels on Peo Tv & Dialog Tv are Indian feeds.
Slot 10 was in lieu of the EXMO 2010 exhibition where they aired during the exhibition open time showing programs about it...
Well. No sign of TEN CRICKET being added... Ten sports is shifting its cricket schedules one by one into Ten action and seems only tennis and some wrestling will be left at Ten sports...
I read sm forums postings saying that the so called Ten action will be the new name of Zee Sports.. But where is Zee Sports???? PEO is really becoming a useless service now...
I activated Star World and to see there was no TSTV for it when i tuned into TSTV menu... They are just cheating the customers...
It seems that forgetting all this IPTV technology and on -demand services which are the so called latest technologies is a good idea and goin to some Indian DTH will be a better idea... PEO TV Customers are getting cheated everyday, every minute and potential customers are also being cheated with all useless tricks... Disconnecting is in my mind...
This is becoming more and more annoying! They have an HDMI port, have the ability to increase the used ADSL bandwidth (Which is currently 4 Mbps) and provide HD. But they are lethargic and not even adding channels, the only edge they have now is that they are weather-proof.
But rather being weather-proof I'd rather have a better selection of channels (And no no, not Local ones at all!!), better quality and constant uninterrupted service.
I'm done with it, just ordered Dish TV, i'm going to call them and remove Peo. Its just a gimmick!

Tata Sky has advertised that they will air star movies HD and star plus HD soon. They have most sport channels in HD as well. However, I am Dish TV also will offer them in no time. I guess we have to turn towards India. SLT and Dialog are so technically backword. Wonder where they found the guys in the top management!

Ten Cricket has been added where EURO SPORT News has been removed...
It is in channel slot 43..
I cannot understand why they removed one sports channel to add another.. There are so many other useless channels on PEO and they still needed to remove a sports channel to add Ten Cricket..

Peo TV should add more local channels like ETV, TNL, Siyatha TV since Dialog TV is aready broadcasting them.

Peo tv channels are top bad.most of them are local shit that we can watch using normal antenna.
Always stuck.Don't buy that though they boast about rain proof and TSTV.
Dialog channels are good never stuck
( damaged cd ).raining times don't watch Peo also u cant watch in heavy rains with thundering.
Does anyone know if Peo TV has plans to broadcast HD channels?
