Peo TV Software upgrade, etc

As per news coming out on the Peo TV camp, the last few days have seen software updates (v 7.01) being rolled out to the Netgem set top boxes. There are unconfirmed reports of some subscribers receiving the new Net Gem set top box.

However the rollout is said to be extremely slow, some Netgem set top boxes haven't received the software updates too.

Additionally channels such as "Dream TV" & "Bollywood Masala" have appeared on the Netgem platform as a result of the update.

The transfer is expected to be completed by the end of April, however this may be unlikely taking into consideration that New Year Holidays are around the corner.

In other news it turns out that cost is one of the issues preventing Peo TV from adding more International channels.

My peotv is not working from today. I have a netgem setup box sw ver. 6.0.05-119(19 Dec 2014).
Checked all connections and all are working well. Peotv setup box homepage and menu is visible on tv but no TV channels available.
Already complaint customer care but they aren't aware this. Please help me to solved this.

My setup box got updated to 7.01 just now. Seems everything working properly. And also the two new channels.
As I expected issue was with updating the latest software releases into tv boxes. Anyway my issue is solved. But I am not happy with the customer agents since they were not aware about this when I complained.
