PEO TV has added TV5 Monde Asie and Rangiri TV to their lineup of channels. Ironically both are FTA channels, the first being international & the latter being local. PEO TV is well on course to have more FTA channels than pay ones. One would have thought that PEO TV would have worked out a deal to carry a channel such as AXN which is basic for any pay television provider.
In addition reports are coming of PEO TV broadcasts being interrupted during good weather, the picture tends to get stuck and the no signal message is flashed by the decoder in certain areas when programmes are being watched.
We hope the management of PEO TV rectifies these problems soon and we hope that "International Pay Channels" are added to PEO TV instead of mainly focusing on these FTA ones.

Now there are three buddhist channels with the inclusion of Rangiri Sri Lanka.But, PEO TV should concentrate more about inclusion of Asian Feeds of the most requested international channnels and this is the high time for SLT to go for a tariff reduction in their PEO TV packages. If they come up with a good channel line up with reduced rentals. Surely, they'll be able to attract more subscribers and it might enable them to acquire a major share in the sri lankan pay television market.
what's the password of new stb (HDMI supported). for activating channel.

default password for all STBs for channel activation is 111111.but you can personalized it for your own password.

dont expect any reduction of package from any operators since this is an economic situation.if Peo tv reduces its price all others will match package price since they donot need to loose their customer base.if everyone reduces package price all they get less profit than they obtain now.this is saturation condition and thats why they do not introduce new packages or do not change price for base package
