Subscriber dissatisfaction is on the rise among PEO TV subscribers over the common "Waiting for signal" problem that hasn't been resolved as yet. The slow and now almost non existent rate of adding new channels. It's closest competitors being Dialog TV and LBN. With more coverage than LBN & more capacity to add new channels compared to Dialog TV, PEO is not making use of these advantages.
Many channels such as those from AXN, Setanta, Ten Action & Tamil channels would prove to be a revenue earner for SLT. Sadly it seems that PEO is just not interested and doesn't have the knowledge of the channels required to be run on their pay television network.
We hereby issue a formal invitation to the management of PEO TV to interact with their subsribers on this blog & move forward to improve their channel offerings and gain top spot as Sri Lanka's No 1 pay television company.
It's time to wake this giant up from a couple of years of hibernation.

I have said it before and I will say it again. The bane of PEOTV is the lack of Technical Know-how and Marketing Expertise. To make matters worse, the Company is now faced with a serious Financial Problem.
I predict that there will no new TV Channels introduced (except maybe a few FTA channels) till at least the end of 2012.
I sincerely hope that I am wrong.

This is so annoying now... PEO is doing nothing and just waiting... What does PEO think their customers are ????? For SLT it takes ages to do something good and now it is obvious when we look at PEO too.... The S**p*d ppl at PEO does not understand what they should be doing.. Just they know to put ads saying triple play, that play and this play...
Bring some good international channels not the idiotic FTA Channels...
Peo Tv just added Sirasa Tv, Shakthi Tv and MTV to channel line up. Great move by PEO. Thank you very much!

This was totally unexpected.. There was a rumor that MTV group would not give into any Pay TV service without a fee..
Good Move by SLT to have these channels.. Hope there would be more good additions too..
