Subscriber dissatisfaction is on the rise among PEO TV subscribers over the common "Waiting for signal" problem that hasn't been resolved as yet. The slow and now almost non existent rate of adding new channels. It's closest competitors being Dialog TV and LBN. With more coverage than LBN & more capacity to add new channels compared to Dialog TV, PEO is not making use of these advantages.
Many channels such as those from AXN, Setanta, Ten Action & Tamil channels would prove to be a revenue earner for SLT. Sadly it seems that PEO is just not interested and doesn't have the knowledge of the channels required to be run on their pay television network.
We hereby issue a formal invitation to the management of PEO TV to interact with their subsribers on this blog & move forward to improve their channel offerings and gain top spot as Sri Lanka's No 1 pay television company.
It's time to wake this giant up from a couple of years of hibernation.
